At the edge of Newport Beach steps away from the sand is Seashore. A fully remodeled two unit vacation rental property. The property consists of a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom and rooftop deck on the top floors and a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space on the ground floor.
THE VISION
Creating a space steps away from the ocean for guests to come together and create memories. This is the rendering that was brought to life.
BEFORE
Goal was to maximize the property's square footage and build a roof deck for guests to enjoy.
